Office Manager

Nicole started out as a humble part time hotel shop assistant at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa while still studying full time. She rose to retail manager of the hotel shop after graduating from school but after a few years, she knew that managing a hotel shop was not what she wanted to do in the long term.

She began exploring other career roles in different industries to gain more knowledge and experience. She worked as a client relationship executive in a luxury spa serving high end clientele for 2 years before she tried her hand doing corporate sales as an account manager for an IT company for another 2 years. An opportunity through a friend led her to work in a law firm as a legal secretary and personal assistant to Suresh and his team which lasted almost 11 years.

Her combination of hard work, deliberate practice, sustained effort and grit paid off when Suresh decided to include her in his exciting journey to start up his own law practice and promote her to the role of Office Manager at Dauntless Law Chambers.
