Sarah has also successfully navigated complex international transactions involving global patent ownership transfers and enforcement, and has helped businesses protect their brands in domestic and international markets by providing guidance in registering their trademarks in various jurisdictions.

Sarah’s matters span the fintech, cryptocurrency & blockchain, financial services, pharmaceutical, technology, manufacturing, and construction industries, across countries including China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.

Sarah graduated from Durham University in 2018 with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. She graduated from Singapore Management University in 2021 with a Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the Singapore bar in 2022.
